Our house offers several Yoga spots. One of them is a calm, wind protected plateau right on the cliff with breathtaking views on the Ocean. Some Yoga Asanas might be part of your treatment. Our doctors will give you a detailed consultation.

Our courses are done by experienced teachers. The lessons will be held in English. A class will take 60 - 75 minutes.

Costs: 7 Euros per session.

One session per day is included in each Ayurveda package.
